Doug (and Al Gore) invented the Internet! Yes, he's been around that long! Doug has been developing web-based applications since the late 1990's.

Doug has 7 years of experience as a technical Project Manager within the Avectra company. He has overseen many successful full-scale implementations of the netFORUM product for some of Avectra's largest and most complex customers. He has an uncanny knack for understanding the business drivers at each professional association, translating that into appropriate software solutions and communicating clearly with technical staff to get it implemented.

Prior to his employment at Avectra, Doug was a Principal at a custom software development company that serviced the association industry. He oversaw complex full-lifecycle development of web-based applications that supported critical business processes at these associations. Examples include learning management applications, chapter management system, online processes to submit application forms and review/approve the submitted application.

To many of his customers, Ken is known as Doctor Wong! When "the doctor is in", good things happen!

Ken has 7 years professional experience in system design and application development for Professional Association. He is very detail oriented, dependable and responsible.

Ken has a wealth of knowledge about netFORUM's inner workings and best practices that enable him to create powerful customizations within the netFORUM framework. Not only can Ken make netFORUM perform tricks, he is also an excellent communicator, accomplished technical lead and a proven technical trainer.

Ken has a master degree in Management Information Systems. He enjoys life as much as he enjoys his work. Ken likes to travel and also appreciates a quiet afternoon at home watching movie with his wife and two cats.

Aaron lives and breathes software development. In his spare time, he likes to --- you guessed it --- code. Aaron is our resident "nerd", keeping us all on our toes with the new technologies that he introduces to the team.

Aaron is the thought leader for the development of Catalyst Fire's application suite and utility/tool belt. His unlimited creativity is an inspiration, and his unrelenting pursuit of excellence influences the work ethic of all Catalyst Fire staff. Aaron is facile in adopting new technologies and identifying where those technologies can be implemented to best benefit our customers.

Solomon is the academic of the bunch. He brings new ideas and concepts to the team and serves as a "voice of reason" for all technical decisions.

Solomon has the ability to work directly with the customer to define the business need and identify the most appropriate solution. In addition, he is a skilled programmer with experience in deep customization development as well as complex integrations using industry standards such as SAML and XML Web Services.
